- In the event that the selected product is currently out of stock or if we require additional information for credit verification, we will contact you.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
- Cellskinlab does not assume responsibility for any lost packages ordered with USPS First Class Mail or USPS First Class Package.
- Please note that we will not re-send or refund lost or stolen packages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- Delivery times for international orders may vary.
- When shipping outside of the United States, there may be taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country.
- Cellskinlab is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipments.
- We are not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during international shipping.
- Please note that all taxes and duties for international shipping should be paid by the customer.
- We typically use DHL or FedEx for international shipments.
