LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

  • Cellskinlab does not assume responsibility for any lost packages ordered with USPS First Class Mail or USPS First Class Package.
  • Please note that we will not re-send or refund lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • Delivery times for international orders may vary.
  • When shipping outside of the United States, there may be taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Cellskinlab is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipments.
  • We are not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during international shipping.
  • Please note that all taxes and duties for international shipping should be paid by the customer.
  • We typically use DHL or FedEx for international shipments.

TRACKING:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
