RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, unsealed, or used products, except in cases of allergic reactions. Please refer to the "Allergic Reaction" section below.
- If you experience an allergic reaction to one of our products, we will refund or credit the individual product that caused the reaction.
- Allergic reactions must be reported within 48 hours of product use and require the following items:
- A doctor's letter confirming that the reaction was caused by one of our products.
- A receipt as proof of purchase.
SAFETY AND CONCERNS:
- All instructions, ingredients, opinions, and suggestions regarding products on our site are provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors.
- If you have concerns about the safety of certain ingredients, please consult your doctor or contact us for further information.
RETURN PROCESS:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cellskinlab.com.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Cellskinlab reserves the right to deduct the original shipping costs from returned/exchanged items that originally qualified for free shipping.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
- Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES:
- If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
